Only PDF files can be uploaded.
In paid user console, at PaperLink Pages, click on + icon to upload a PDF file. Select action desired, and privacy setting, then click Publish.
The maximum file size per upload is 5 MB.
Files that require users to answer questions with annotation tools like type, check mark, dot, etc.
Files that requires the end user to put date, name, signature or initials.
Files that doesn't require user to enter any data, and need end user to confirm have been read.
A Public file will be displayed on account Business Page and link can be open by every user.
A PaperLink file that is displayed on account's Business Page, but in order to open it, permission needs to be granted before link can be accessed.
PaperLink file that is not displayed on account's Business Page, can be access with a link.
Click the share icon, and file can be emailed, copy paste a link, or display or print QR code for users to scan with phone.
In PaperLink Pages tab, choose file to delete, click on the 3 dots for options, select Remove, to delete a file.
Once file is uploaded in file manager, stickers for date, full name, first name, last name, signature and initials can be placed on those lines on the file. Our unique API will be auto fill those lines with data provided by the end user for a faster experience.
Every paid account will include a Business Page that displays all files set as Public and Private.
PaperLink is Progressive Web App and does not need to be downloaded from Apple Store or Google Play.
